Transform Your Phone Habits is an online, self-paced experience that helps you build a better relationship with technology, especially your phone, for improved wellbeing. You’ll work through 4 modules, featuring videos and practices with an optional text messaging feature, and approximately 4 hours of learning delivered by experts in neuroscience, contemplative practice, mindful technology, and wellbeing. The focus is on bringing you awareness of your daily patterns and building freedom with technology for healthier habit formation. It differs from many other courses by combining wellbeing science with practical habit-building, taught by a uniquely-curated group of scientists and wellbeing experts.
