Leadership Team

Russell Taff serves as Chief Product Officer at Humin, where he drives data-backed vision and execution that bridges Humin's rigorous science with best-in-class product offerings for a global audience. Russ brings deep experience leading product and engineering teams across the healthcare and healthtech space, with a career focused on building solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes for distinct communities. He founded Adomo Health in 2023 to expand access to at-home diagnostic care for homebound and disabled individuals. Most recently, he led AI transformation and provider solutions for Violet Health, focused on cultural competency training for our healthcare workforce. 

Russ holds a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University, where he developed a lasting fascination with the science of motivation and behavior. To extend his ability to bring those insights to life through technology, he went on to earn a Certificate in Computer Engineering from NYU equipping him to lead at the intersection of human science and product execution. He has since led multiple high performing technical product teams through acquisition (Ready Responders) and exceptional growth.

Outside of work, Russ is an avid explorer of America's National Parks, adventuring alongside his wife, Victoria, and their dog, Lady. He also volunteers with a local charitable organization, delivering food from supermarkets and restaurants to those in need. At home in Queens, NY, he is slowly - and ambitiously - restoring a very old rectory-converted-home. If ever there was a time to upscale one’s mindfulness practice, this is it. A committed practitioner of the Healthy Minds Program, Russ completes one to two active mindfulness sessions daily, a habit he credits as genuinely transformative for his own wellbeing.
