He leads the organization's global brand position, product marketing, and engagement initiatives to elevate ideas into impact capable of reaching communities around the world. Prior to Humin, he advised both emerging and established organizations across more than 20 industries as a consulting Chief Marketing Officer, and held in-house roles helping scale brands such as Abbott, Muscle Milk, Quest Nutrition, and Red Bull into household names. This blend of experience, along with his contributions to boards across health and entertainment, helps guide Humin’s growth and reach.

Over a 20 year career, Ivan has also contributed to developing future creative leaders at the University of Miami and as adjunct professor at The Art Institutes. He earned a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Miami, where he was named Most Outstanding Producer, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida International University, with extended studies in psychology, behavioral analysis. In 2023, he published Isla Vulnerable, an indie award-winning drama inspired by his family’s true story.

When he’s not marketing or writing, Ivan dedicates his time to Heart Energy, a community initiative he founded to help heart patients live as confidently as they can, and as a national ambassador for the American Heart Association. He is also an ambassador for Bring Change to Mind, a teen mental health charity started by Glenn Close. On his own time, Ivan is a self-proclaimed cool uncle to two nieces and three nephews, and loves adventuring with his dog Desi. His go-to wellbeing routines are creative writing, “being” at the beach, and all styles of fitness and meditation.
