Christina Glavas

Christina is the CEO of Humin, formerly Healthy Minds Innovations, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing science-based wellbeing tools to people around the world. Her career bridges technology, media, and global social impact.

Prior to Humin, she served as VP of Growth & Strategy at Chopra Global, where she led the Chopra Meditation & Wellbeing App and forged global partnerships with leaders including Oprah Winfrey, Alicia Keys, and J. Balvin—expanding meditation access to millions. Christina has also held leadership roles at strategic intelligence firm Elia Intel and consulting firm EHS Partners, advising Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy and operational efficiency.

Earlier in her career, she worked internationally on human rights, conflict resolution, and youth development initiatives with organizations including the United Nations and Search for Common Ground. She is also a startup founder, co-creating the community platform Saambaa, which was featured by Apple and Mashable.

Christina holds a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University and a BS from Cornell University. Originally from New York, she now lives in San Diego and advises mission-driven organizations including the spiritual wisdom company Sounds True and others in the wellbeing space.
